'Rock for the Children' benefits Make-A-Wish

"Rock For The Children," a day-long benefit for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western North Carolina, will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. at Ten O'Clock Charlies in Mooresville.
Hosted by the Roxic and Steel Caravan bands, the event will feature a family carnival and silent auction in the parking lot during the afternoon with live music for adults, 21 and older, at the restaurant in the evening.
