More than 200 counterfeit DVDs, along with 2.3 grams of marijuana were found in a vehicle stopped because an officer noticed the rear tire was about to fall off.
Statesville Police Department Chief Tom Anderson said that Officer Craig Wolfe of the criminal interdiction unit stopped the car last weekend.
Anderson said that Wolfe cited the driver, Sara Campbell of Statesville for driving with a revoked license.
A search of the car found a bag of counterfeit DVDs, as well as the marijuana and some drug paraphernalia, Anderson said.
Shawn Jackson of Statesville was charged with possession of the counterfeit DVDS, as well as marijuana and paraphernalia possession.
