Second Fret brings in well-known artists
The Second Fret is bringing some internationally known performers to downtown Statesville.
Al Stewart, a Scottish pop singer who reached a professional high-water mark in the mid-1970s, is slated to go unplugged at the Fret's Music Hall next Tuesday, Nov. 3.
And Artimus Pyle — who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006 as the drummer for legendary band Lynyrd Skynyrd — will make a return to the Fret later in November.
