Getting breakfast can be a hassle for many people. Whether it's lack of sleep that causes you to keep hitting the snooze button or your kids' resistance to eating when you put the food on the table, breakfast can unfortunately become a fleeting or non-existent event during the week. And that's bad news if you want to stay healthy. (Yes, I know that's just one more thing to worry about during a stressful week!)
