Mooresville’s starting five is a solid starting five. Kendrick Johnson, Brandon Bego, Shawn Lester, Dre Howell and Raphael Montgomery are good unit when on the floor together. That showed Friday in the Blue Devils’ 81-70 win over crosstown rival Lake Norman.
