Wintry weather this morning has prompted the Mooresville Graded School District to close early for the holidays.
Mooresville High and Mooresville Middle School will close at 10:30 a.m. the intermediate and elementary schools will send students home at 11:15 a.m.
Earlier in the morning, the Iredell-Statesville Schools announced that elementaries will dismiss at 10 a.m. and high schools and middle schools at 11 a.m.
