A 93-year-old Winston-Salem man died in a crash on Old Mocksville Road at Cool Springs Road Thursday night.
James Claytor, 93, died at Davis Regional Medical Center.
Trooper Sean Davidson of the N.C. Highway Patrol said Claytor's 1991 Honda Civic ran off Old Mocksville Road and hit a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck that was on Cool Springs Road at the intersection.
The truck driver received minor injuries.
