Mooresville police are seeking the woman pictured at right, regarding a larceny at the Bottom Dollar grocery store on Plaza Drive.

About 2 p.m. on Oct. 3, a shopper at the store accident left a money clip -- containing $60, his N.C. driver's license, Social Security card and some N.C. lottery tickets -- on a counter near the cash register.

The next customer in line, according to Bottom Dollar video surveillance, picked up the money clip and left the store with it, according to Detective Chris Jorgensen of the MPD. The customer is described as a white female, about 35-40 years of age, with possible brown colored hair, wearing a grayish colored golf shirt with a dark colored collar.

Anyone with information about the suspect or the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 704-658-9056, or Jorgensen at 704-658-9033.
