Lloyd Franklin Waugh, 74, of Mooresville, died on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Feb. 7, at the Cornelius Church of God following the 11 a.m. worship service. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home in Mooresville is serving the Waugh family.
