Wildcats bounce back, beat W. Charlotte

Lake Norman 71, West Charlotte 66

Paul Larsen scored a game-high 21 points Thursday night as Lake Norman bounced back from just its second loss of the season with a 71-66 win over West Charlotte.

The Wildcats had four players reach double figures a night after losing 66-63 to top-ranked and I-Meck 4A Conference leader Hopewell.

Matt Eller scored 20 points for the Wildcats (16-2, 8-2 I-Meck) and Reggie Price and Brian Whalen added 13 and 10 points, respectively, against West Charlotte (13-8, 3-6 I-Meck).
